Harkin Roofing is one of the largest commercial roofing companies in the Bay of Plenty, with over 40 years’ experience in supplying and installing metal roofing, cladding and accessories. With the daily handling of sheet metals and machinery, health and safety is imperative. That’s where the Prismpack Series LED high bay comes in, with market leading glare management and superior light control providing a safe working environment for their staff.
Due to the health and safety challenge with this project, the importance of a low-glare luminaire was crucial. This was a highly complex task as their work is very particular, and the handling of different materials and machinery means safety is extremely important. Glare control was a major concern while also delivering high levels of illuminance throughout the factory.
Designed to be distinctively different and taking high bay lighting to new levels of lumen output with superior light control, the Holophane Prismpack Series incorporates PrismaLED technology which delivers a wholly luminous lit effect that accurately controls the output of the LEDs and reduces glare. Additionally, Optimax inspired by Holophane’s Superglass optical technology, maximises performance to deliver a low glare, visually comfortable, efficient lighting system. Harkin Roofing is well respected within the industry in delivering a high standard, so they wanted the best lighting for their employees too.
